What project support can I request?

Contact STEIN for product selection, installation details and custom dimensions, finishes or optics. Send your lighting schedule and drawings to discuss the scope of project-specific support.

How are production and delivery dates agreed?

Ask for a schedule against your model list, quantities, finishes and delivery destination. Standard and custom configurations may have different lead times; use the confirmed quotation and order schedule for planning.

What warranty applies to my products?

Request the written warranty terms for the selected models with your quotation, including coverage, installation conditions, exclusions and the claim procedure.

How do I arrange spare parts or replacements?

Send the model, order reference, photographs and the part or replacement required. Ask our team to confirm compatibility, availability, cost and lead time. For new projects, discuss spare-unit quantities with the initial order.
